For this review, we'll focus on the lemon cookie flavor (a personal favorite).

Each lemon cookie bar contains 12g of protein sourced from grass-fed collagen (bovine), only 2g of sugar that comes from organic cashew butter and inulin. The net carbs is 9g. There is 14g of quality fats from organic sources.

Specifically, their bars also feature Bulletproof's proprietary Brain Octane Oil and XCT Oil which includes coconut oil. Coconut oil has been shown to be a reliable source of energy from fats, which is a better option for your body than sugar or caffeine.

One thing we know about this bar is that it breaks easily into smaller pieces. Therefore, it may not be the best choice for travel.
