Are you looking to get Gyrfalcon's Hauberk in Destiny 2? Originally released during the Season of the Witch, Gyrfalcon's Hauberk is an exotic chest armor piece for Hunters, and it's easily one of the most popular and coveted armor pieces for the class. You must solo Lost Sectors to get this chest armor, and while this is a difficult task, you can do it with some patience and practice.
Quick Tips on Getting Gyrfalcon's Hauberk
- You must own the Witch Queen DLC to be able to get Gyrfalcon's Hauberk.
- Wait for a daily Lost Sector that can drop a chest piece before starting to farm for it.
- Soloing Legend Lost Sectors is easier, but Master Lost Sectors have a slightly higher chance to drop the chest piece.

Wait for a Legend or Master Lost Sector that will drop a chest piece. Legend Lost Sectors rotate on a daily basis, and the daily Lost Sector changes at Destiny 2's reset time (which is at 1 p.m. Eastern Time/10 a.m. Pacific Time).[1] You'll have to wait for a Legend Lost Sector to show up that will drop a chest piece.
- You can complete the Master Lost Sector for a slightly higher chance of getting Gyrfalcon's Hauberk, but this is harder than completing the Legendary Lost Sector.
- You can check light.gg for the daily Lost Sector and what exotics you can get from it.[2]

Prepare to take on the Lost Sector. Legend Lost Sectors are difficult to complete, and you must solo the Lost Sector for a chance at Gyrfalcon's Hauberk. Having a power level of at least 1790 is ideal to take on a Legendary Lost Sector.
4
Solo the Legend Lost Sector as a Hunter. As it's not guaranteed that you'll get Gyrfalcon's Hauberk from completing a run, you'll likely need to complete the Lost Sector multiple times to get it.
- Once you get one copy of Gyrfalcon's Hauberk, you can get more from Xur's exotic engrams.

Gyrfalcon's Hauberk has the "See Me, Feel Me" perk. This is a great chest armor piece for Void Hunter builds, even though it was released in 2022. The "See Me, Feel Me" perk does the following:[3]
- Void weapons get Volatile Rounds after you emerge from invisibility. In PvE, you'll get Volatile Rounds for 10 seconds after ending Void Invisibility. In PvP, this is reduced to 3 seconds.
- When defeating an enemy with a finisher while you're invisible, all of your weapons deal bonus damage. This damage comes in the form of a 35% weapon damage buff for 6 seconds.
- When defeating an enemy with a finisher while you're invisible, you and any allies within 24 meters also get the Reserve Overshield buff. The Reserve Overshield buff gives an additional 500% base class ability regeneration rate. When you use a class ability, the Reserve Overshield buff will deploy a 40 HP Void Overshield for 10 seconds.
